Great Wolf Lodge

My awesome parents splurged and took all of us to Great Wolf Lodge for the weekend for a big birthday celebration! My brother actually turned a whopping 29 years old this month! I can't seem to recall how old Marco and I will be, but I'm pretty sure it's too old! Anyway, we had a great time relaxing and splashing the day away at Great Wolf.

Noah in his wolf costume he scored from the gift shop - This kid LOVES to dress up!

Daddy found that Noah was only slightly shorter that the "mark" for riding the really big rides. Noah was all for it, but we would have to wait for next year, unless we could be "tricksy." Marco put gel in Noah's hair and spiked it up as high as it would go to make Noah "taller." Off they went to the big rides, and it worked! Noah made it passed the height checker and even scored an armband that declared him "tall enough" for the big rides. Awesome!

Yes, we encourage an adventuresome spirit!

On Sunday, we were able to visit The Village where my brother attends church. Afterwards, we had lunch with several of my brother's friends we'd heard about but had never met. My Uncle James and his family even drove in from Farmersville to have lunch with us as well. Noah was enthralled with Samuel and insisted on sitting right next to him at lunch. He patted his back when he cried, picked up everything he dropped, tickled him and even drew him a picture. He wants a baby brother or sister so bad! He was definately practicing for "some day."
