Balloon Festival

Marco, Noah and I went to the balloon festival Friday night. Noah got to go on a train and pony ride. He also jumped on and enjoyed all the inflatables. Of course, we also watched all the hot air balloons and were excited to see the "glow" this year. Last year, only 1 balloon did it because of the high winds. This year, all 17 balloons were up and glowing. Noah enjoyed himself as always. It is so much fun as he gets older and is able to do so many things. I adored him being a baby, but I also love the "big boy" stage. It is so enjoyable to talk with him and hear all the things he is learning.

boys will be boys

We ran into Noah's friend Owen from school again. They had a ball jumping around and rolling in the grass together. It's so cute to see them play together. Owen is one of the kids that Noah tells me is "nice." Unfortunately for some of the kids, at this age, Noah is able to tell me exactly which kids are and aren't nice. I always know which kids were put in time out each day and who hit who and who did the crying. I just pray that Noah remains as sweet as he is now and continues to stay out of "time out."

Check out the sticky blue face and fingers - that's a sign that it was really good!
