Noah's 1st Day of Preschool

Noah's first day of preschool was today. Of course, we've been talking it up all summer, and he was BIG TIME excited. He got his clothes on in about 2 seconds, ran to get his backpack and hollered "Let's go!" Marco and I looked at each other and thought "who is this child?" He never gets ready quickly. We hadn't even gotten our clothes on yet. When we got out of the car, he RAN up the sidewalk. He felt so big getting to wear his backpack and carry his lunchbox. He kissed us goodbye without a backwards glance.
When we got home this evening, we was exhausted. He was out before his head hit the pillow, but he did manage to ask me before he fell asleep if he could go back. My baby is not a baby anymore. Sniff, sniff :(

I can't believe Noah is getting so big. I am not ready for him to grow up. I am so proud he loved his first day of school. He will learn so much. Give him lots of hugs from grandmimi and granddaddy.
