F is for Fina, Fritos, Fig Newtons & Florida orange juice.
F is for Fish.
Grandmommy took Noah to buy his first fish. This is Michael.
F is for Float.
Noah experimented with all kinds of things in a bowl of water to see if they would sink or float. If they would float, he found the picture on his paper and drew an F on it. If it sank, he marked it with an X. He had great fun with it and kept playing for a LONG time after we were done.
F is for Five little speckled Frogs sitting on a speckled log!
I read Fantastic Frogs to Noah, and then we had fun singing this song. He got to act it out with his toy frogs and a real "log." He even found the correct number to represent the number of frogs sitting on the log with his little number flip book. We LOVE this song!
F is for Farm, Frame and Fridge.
Noah colored a magnetic farm frame for our fridge.
On library day, we checked out books with the letter F. Noah did a fantastic job of finding them on his own.
F is for Freeze.
Noah learned what happens to water when you put it into the freezer.
F is for Flowers.
F is for Fight!
Noah, Marco and I had a blast fighting each other with these blow-up hammers. They were a HUGE hit! Noah decided to take them with us when we visited Granddaddy. He rang the doorbell, and as soon as Granddaddy answered it, Noah chunked a hammer at him and started whacking him with his. Granddaddy quickly joined right in. Such fun!
F is for Fudge and Family.
Noah and I had fun making homemade peanut butter fudge and took some to Granddaddy one night while Grandmommy was out of town. Noah's favorite part was sneaking a taste (well, several) of the marshmallow cream.
F is for Footprints.
Noah and I took some sidewalk paint to the frontyard, and I painted Noah's feet so he could leave footprints all over the sidewalk. He ended up just painting all of the front steps and making a gigantic mess!
Like I said, these are a few of the things we did, and we've been having great fun. Noah has just run with it and loves to find the letter we are learning EVERYWHERE! He initiates finding it, making it with his food or toys, and he's getting so good at identifying the initial sound in words all by himself and then coming up with his own words for each letter. I love my smart boy!
